<title>About the role</title>

As a People & Workplace Experience Advisor, you will ensure a standardized employee experience and enhance operational efficiency within the Regional People Partnering team. You will provide local and regional support throughout the employee lifecycle, bridging the gap between transactional support from the People Operations team and strategic initiatives by People Partners.

 

Additionally, you will maintain a high service level in the office, manage daily operations, and drive a cost-effective Workplace Experience function to ensure the local team has a supportive and effective work environment.

  • <point>Compliance (health and safety, employment documents and contracts, manage leaves, sickness, etc).</point>
  • <point>Manage the employee benefits administration.</point>
  • <point>Take care of the office environment and collaborate with the landlord or other external service providers.</point>
  • <point>Order office supplies and refreshments.</point>
  • <point>Organise employee experience supportive activities and events.</point>
  • <point>Implement Bolt’s cultural values by integrating them into daily work and supporting the team.</point>

  • <point>You have 2-4 years of experience in an HR/Office management role with knowledge of standards and practices within the relevant countries/region. </point>

  • <point>You have strong communication skills and the ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.</point>
  • <point>You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.</point>
  • <point>You have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and task management.</point>
  • <point>You can identify trends and recommend solutions and alternatives.</point>
