Job Purpose:
The Manager of Payroll will work closely with the Director of Accounting and the Vice President of Accounting in maintaining the payroll and accounting records of the Company.
Job Duties:
Specific Skills/Qualifications:
Analysis: highly proficient in Excel;
Payroll: highly experienced in payroll processing and related activities;
Systems: previous experience in ADP Workforce Now and Concur a plus;
Other: energetic, highly motivated, organized, attentive to detail, deadline oriented, strong communication skills; discretion and confidentiality are essential as this position deals with highly sensitive and private data
Education/Experience:
Applicant should have a minimum of 3-5 years of payroll experience
