Our mission is to equip our students with the technical skills to future-proof their careers and take up new professional challenges.</p><p>Founded in Paris in 2013, we now have campuses in <strong>45 cities across 25 countries</strong>, including global tech-hubs such as Berlin, Lisbon, Barcelona, UK and more.Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of <strong>29</strong><strong>,000+ graduates</strong> from all walks of life, including serial entrepreneurs who created <strong>22</strong><strong>0+ tech startups</strong> and raised <strong>$1B+ globally</strong>.</p><p>In order to realize our ambitions and support our global growth objectives, we are looking for an energetic and talented <strong>Sales Manager</strong> to join our growing sales team working with our European Regions (Germany, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, France and the UK).</p><p>Working closely with the Global Sales team, your role will involve <strong>proactively contacting curious, motivated prospective students</strong> to educate them on the relevant information about our bootcamps and short-courses, as to understand and inform the best next steps on their life and career journey. You will also be involved in managerial tasks, such as supporting the onboarding of new team members, reviewing and launching new processes, whilst analyzing routinely the <strong>performance</strong> of the Sales Associates team and <strong>reporting</strong> back on it.</p><h3>💪 Your Responsibilities</h3><p>Supporting the definition of our <strong>Global Sales Strategy</strong> and be the main representative of the <strong>EU Sales Team</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Track your results and report the performance of the whole team</strong>, taking a critical stance on strategies and practices that work and that didn’t;</li><li><strong>Document processes best practices</strong>, for other teammates to follow and adapt;</li><li><strong>Be the main stakeholder in the onboarding</strong> of new team-members;</li><li><strong>Work with global leads</strong> to identify pipeline bottlenecks, and key lead blockers and conjointly define improvement plans and sales tactics to implement on a quarter-by-quarter basis;</li><li><strong>Support</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>organization of global sales-related events</strong> including open evenings, info sessions, and webinars;</li><li><strong>Work closely with other Le Wagon teams</strong> to curate monthly action plans for content creation and new ideas to fuel sales;</li><li><strong>Implement nurturing strategies</strong> to follow-up through targeted content and campaigns on past inbound sales inquiries;</li><li><strong>Create reactivation campaigns</strong> to qualify past dormant inbound leads;</li></ul><p><strong>Whenever support is necessary to your team:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Proactively contact our leads to qualify and convert them into applicants - <strong>Outbound Sales:</strong></li><li><strong>Contact hot leads coming through our CRM (Hubspot)</strong> from various acquisition channels (events, workshops, syllabus downloads, etc.) with the goal to counsel them and understand potential sales blockers to apply;</li><li><strong>Follow-up with qualified leads</strong> to provide them with specific, relevant information about Le Wagon’s product-mix and <strong>support them through the process</strong> of submitting their application;</li><li>Answer and follow-up on contact and meeting requests to convert them into applications - <strong>Inbound Sales:</strong></li><li><strong>Answer inbound sales inquiries</strong> (emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.);</li><li><strong>Manage and execute sales meetings booked</strong>, answering the lead’s questions and proactively digging into possible sales blockers;</li></ul><h3>👈 <strong>About you</strong></h3><ul><li>You are preferably <strong>based in Portugal</strong> (or planning to move soon!)</li><li>You have 2+ years of experience in a <strong>sales, business development</strong> role, recruitment or another valued customer-facing role.
