Team Member

• Review on engineering drawing & bill of material . Prepare production BOM based on the sample request.
• Conduct feasibility feedback on Proto drawing - Self-evaluation and with supplier, RNSS Engineering & quality team.
• Review & Understood Customer Specific requirement for the development product
• Develop preliminary phase documents like Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan & Inspection Standards
• Prepare FTG requirement for proto type preparation
• Prepare detailed part development plan and track status to identify the critical task for escalation / management reporting.
• Inspection for child part development, sub assembly and Final Assembly ; Get approval from Team
• Review of supplier development plan and identify risk in terms of time-line and quality for taking appropriate action
• Conduct periodical review with supplier and internal team for meeting the target
• Part development at supplier end, stage-wise inspection and approval of the parts as pre drawing specification / control plan
• Participate in in-house joint inspection and verification process and approve the child part and sub-assembly.
• Final product inspection and Approval as per Customer drawing and Specific requirement
• Completion of Project Summary Report.
