Job Role : Team Member Experience : 3 to 5 years Qualification : B.E / B.Tech Location : Chennai Roles and Responsibilities - Review on engineering drawing & bill of material . Prepare production BOM based on the sample request.
- Conduct feasibility feedback on Proto drawing - Self-evaluation and with supplier, RNSS Engineering & quality team.
- Review & Understood Customer Specific requirement for the development product
- Develop preliminary phase documents like Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan & Inspection Standards
- Prepare FTG requirement for proto type preparation
- Prepare detailed part development plan and track status to identify the critical task for escalation / management reporting.
- Inspection for child part development, sub assembly and Final Assembly ; Get approval from Team
- Review of supplier development plan and identify risk in terms of time-line and quality for taking appropriate action
- Conduct periodical review with supplier and internal team for meeting the target
- Part development at supplier end, stage-wise inspection and approval of the parts as pre drawing specification / control plan
- Participate in in-house joint inspection and verification process and approve the child part and sub-assembly.
- Final product inspection and Approval as per Customer drawing and Specific requirement
- Completion of Project Summary Report.
