<title>About the role</title>

As a Senior Program Manager - Riders Use Cases, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of Bolt’s rides from different use cases, e.g. airports, venues, transportations hubs and other high volume locations. As Senior Program Manager you are expected to identify, prioritise and deliver key strategic initiatives to ensure growth and success of our riders use cases, leveraging on the data insights as well as your program area expertise and strategic thinking.
You are required to build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration across teams and provide mentorship to program managers, ensuring smooth program execution and exceeding expectations.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Identify key areas of rider experience that can be improved through operational or product changes to boost platform adoption and discoverability</point>
- <point>Lead end-to-end implementation of key initiatives through stakeholder collaboration and influencing local and other central teams (e.g. product, marketing)</point>
- <point>Coordinate initiatives to improve rider experience at key venues: airports, train stations, malls and other</point>
- <point>Support implementation of Scheduled rides and make it a success in the Rides vertical</point>
- <point>Develop an operational framework, guidelines and playbook on how to operate at special events like concerts, stadiums and other</point>
- <point>Define and achieve program’s success metrics, and take ownership of key metrics % of GMV, contribution margin and rides per riders as well as service level quality</point>
