HappyFox is looking for an SMB Market Team Lead to oversee a team of sales representatives dedicated to selling cutting-edge solutions to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs). The role involves driving the team to achieve sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to sales by carrying individual quotas while leading the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help team members achieve their sales targets and professional growth.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the SMB customer base while focusing to manage and close complex sales cycles and drive new logo acquisitions and market expansion within the SMB segment
Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to management and being able to implement sales best practices and drive team development
Collaborate with internal teams like Sales Engineering, Account Management and Customer Success to enhance sales strategies and streamline sales execution
Use data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to SMB companies.
Deep understanding of industry trends, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Strong sales skills, including business justification, negotiation, and closing complex deals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on both individual and team goals
