What you will be doing

Conduct regular audits of local logistics processes to assess compliance with established policies and procedures.
Identify inefficiencies and gaps in logistics processes and propose recommendations for improvement.
Analyze operational data to assess performance and identify trends.
Collaborate with operational teams to implement continuous improvement solutions.
Ensure follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure resolution of identified issues.
Participate in personnel training on logistics and compliance best practices.
Contribute to the development of audit reports and dashboards to communicate results and recommendations.

What we are looking for

● Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
● Thorough knowledge of logistics processes and compliance standards.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
● Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
● Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in computer tools and data management software.
● Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations management, or a related field.
● Previous experience in a similar role in logistics or auditing is an asset.
● Professional certification in supply chain management or auditing would be a plus.
