Passionate about digital marketing, the candidate should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a significant workload, balancing multiple tasks to consistently improve sales performance and the user experience of the websites in their portfolio.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>As a Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of websites, working closely with various teams to improve website rankings, quality, and conversions.</p><ul><li>Collaborate with SEO, Content, Sales, and Product Teams to manage roadmaps and backlogs for the websites, aligning them with business goals, strategies, and priorities.</li><li>Work with UX and UI designers, as well as other Product Managers, to develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.</li><li>Define new functional requirements and translate them into relevant user stories or requests for technical teams.</li><li>Coordinate website updates and new releases with Product teams and stakeholders, ensuring all changes are well-documented and communicated.</li><li>Author and maintain feature and business logic documentation for all websites in the portfolio.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the websites, addressing any issues and ensuring timely resolution with the respective teams.</li><li>Perform competitive analysis, heatmap analysis, and A/B testing to enhance the quality and conversion rate of websites.</li><li>Stay up to date with regulations across all markets to ensure website compliance at all times.</li><li>Keep abreast of trends in digital marketing and the iGaming industry.</li><li>Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks necessary for the successful execution of the role.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Previous experience in a website/front-end-related role, preferably within digital marketing.</li><li>Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and Content Management.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot using browser tools.</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and using analytics tools such as GA4.</li><li>Strong team player who actively contributes to the broader organizational goals.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in Casino, Sportsbook, and/or Digital Marketing is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Our client</strong> offers numerous benefits, including competitive compensation, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and professional development opportunities.
