IT Project Manager

One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for am IT Project Manager t o join them remotely.

Job Description
Facilitate the successful definition and delivery of projects. Will be responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraint of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Implement projects and support those day-to-day activities within the specified business area. Manage multiple priorities on an on-going basis, to include, but not limited to: project budgeting and time estimates; managing exempt employees and contractors; project scope and definition; gathering and documenting requirements; and resource and contingency planning. A Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years' experience in Project Management. Four years work experience in: legacy and emerging technologies, application architecture, database technologies, system design and implementation; issue/study definition, project and methodology design, statistical modeling and simulation and data interpretation; one or more business processes; and industry awareness. Certification or training in Project Management preferred; breadth of business and operational knowledge of Highmark and/or health care industry. Must be goal oriented and action-focused. Must have exemplary leadership skills


Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science (MIS) or 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of the degree
• Minimum of 4-5 years of Project Management experience (open to candidates with 10+ years of experience)
• Must have solid PM experience
• Must have broad infrastructure experience (required) (looking for a well-rounded candidate)
• Experience Implementing software or platforms as a service
• Excellent communication skills must have experience communicating with executives and ability to build relationships across the enterprise
• Cloud or Google Cloud experience (Highly preferred)
• Background in IT
• Must have true management experience
• Must be able to manage the financials of the project
• Must be able to manage risk
• Moving applications to the cloud (Nice to have)
• Working with Risk and Security (ISRM) (Nice to have)
• Experience with cyber security (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with application development projects (preferred)
• Healthcare experience (preferred)
