The Role
(Poste basé à Toulouse)
As a Client Partner, you'll lead a team of Account Managers and you will report to the Senior Regional Manager and you will be part of the FR Local team. You will develop the strategy focusing on the Partners (Core business), grow the order volume and market share within your market, by partnering with the largest Local accounts and top local brands; optimize the Deliveroo partnership with the ambition to secure a long term relationship, bring new ways of working in high-end account management gold standards whilst managing the overall Deliveroo profitability of your strategic Partner portfolio.
You will have 2 people within your team, and you will be accountable for their development plan, their success and learning curve at Deliveroo; setting the right KPIs and OKRs that you think are the most relevant to monitor your market. Your role will be commercially focused, however you will work with teams including, operations, marketing, Editions and product teams to ensure we, Deliveroo, remain the most preferred platform to those local and strategic Partners.
The Client Partner will need to deploy a hyper local strategy (locally grounded, with a “boots on the ground” approach), get a 360° view of the business with an end to end business understanding and strategic drive. In other words, you are leading one of the largest market in the world, and you bring your creativity to the service of our Partners and Deliveroo.
