Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the US staffing industry, particularly in IT and technical staffing services. This role requires a strong understanding of the staffing process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Requirements
- Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of 3 to 10 years in sales within the US staffing industry, with a focus on IT and technical staffing services.
- Strong understanding of staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Should have worked with Direct Customers, Tier 1 vendors and MSP.
- Experience in Bench Sales.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and meet company objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and goals within designated territories or industries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
