As an Asset Tag Specialist at Bulk Infrastructure, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining the tagging of all physical assets in Bulk’s data center projects. From servers to cooling systems, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every piece of equipment is properly identified and tracked, contributing to the overall efficiency and sustainability of our operations at all sites. This is a key position for someone with technical understanding and attention to detail, who enjoys collaborating with technical teams, suppliers, and project managers to ensure the highest standards of asset management are me.</p><p><br>Some of your main areas of responsibility will include: </p><ul><li>Responsible for managing asset tags for company infrastructure equipment</li><li>Develop, maintain and implement asset tag policies and procedures</li><li>Responsible for creating new asset tags for infrastructure project</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all assets are identified and tagged correctly</li><li>Work close with project engineers, facility technicians and document controllers</li><li>Provide guidance and support to other departments on asset management issues</li><li>Take the initiative to obtain information about assets where necessary</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records</li><li>Administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system</li></ul><p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong><br></p><p>We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with a background in technical disciplines such as datacenter, electrical systems, cooling, or other large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience in asset management within complex environments like hospitals, oil platforms, or large buildings will be highly valuable. To excel in this role, you'll need to be self-driven, work well both independently and in a team, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
