Requirements

Role Expectation: 

• Tech Leaders are recognized not only as technical leaders but also as a crucial figure in people management and project oversight. This role involves a blend of technical acumen and strong leadership in managing teams and driving project success.
• Establishes team objectives and project goals, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Oversees and leads a team of engineers, ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines and budgets.
• Actively involved in recruiting, training, and developing team members, fostering a productive and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborates with other technical leaders to align technology strategies with company goals, contributing to the overall technical direction.

Requirements

• Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines(NTH).
• Experience in team leadership and product companies. At least 4 years.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management. Knowledge of microservices architecture is an advantage.
• Proven experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications and using monitoring tools to monitor production applications.
• Strong understanding of the development cycle and multidisciplinary work.
• Agile methodologies knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication.

2. Leadership in guiding the team towards successful project delivery, within time and budget constraints.
3. Success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering talent within the team.
