Responsibilities:

  • Resident Relations:
  • Foster positive resident relations by promptly responding to phone calls and email inquiries, and relaying important messages to the property manager.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with tenants, addressing and resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive tenant experience.
  • Assist with rent collection, track payments and delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on overdue balances.
  • Post notices for residents on unit doors and in common areas as needed.
  • Arrange and maintain packages in the designated package room.

  • Leasing & Property Tours:
  • Support the leasing process by ensuring vendor cleaning service quality and conducting property tours.

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of leases and resident information.
  • Manage mail and outgoing mail services.

  • Maintenance & Inspections:
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team and vendors for work orders, provide access as needed, and conduct regular community inspections to identify and report maintenance, cleaning, safety issues, and community rule violations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service.

  • Parking & Towing:
  • Oversee parking violations and liaise with the towing company for authorization as needed.

  • Additional Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall property management and tenant satisfaction.
