Role Specific Responsibilities
Data Analytics
Gather security data to analyze/generate reports for management and Senior Leadership.
Proactively address risks from security platforms and collaborate with IT to implement response plans.
Review timelapse data to establish user-based vulnerability trends and compare against national data.
Design vulnerability mitigation and monitor post-implementation to identify impact.
Map data interconnectivity between information systems and analyze risks associated with integrations.
Review IAM configurations for Least Privilege violations.
Work with Security Partners to design runbooks to strengthen security posture.
Analyze IT processes to identify inefficiencies and security risks.
Assist with management and audits of Azure SQL environments and associated PowerBI Analytics.
Information Security General
Information Security Program
Review policies, procedures, systems, and networks and provide recommendations based on business, industry, and regulatory changes
Respond to security threats and incidents
Risk Management
Coordinate information security program audits
Identify compliance issues/vulnerabilities and work with management to resolve
Business Operations
Design, develop, and implement security solutions
Resolve information security tickets
Employee Engagement
Train employees on Information Security and Cybersecurity topics
Coordinate and execute ongoing employee awareness campaigns
Minimum Requirements
3 years of Information Security/Cybersecurity or Data Analytics experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Need to excel both individually and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
Experience with security/industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GLBA, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST/CIS)
Knowledge in information security areas including access management, network security, incident response, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
Experience with SentinelOne.
SentinelOne Certification(s).
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity-related discipline.
Experience in IT Security, Risk, and/or Compliance.
Knowledge of fundamental security principles such as authentication, CIA triad, least privilege, defense in depth, and segregation of duties.
Employee training/mentorship experience a plus.
Experience working with Microsoft’s security tools (AIM, MFA, Entra, Intune, Purview, AppLocker, etc.).
