About the Role
Redhorse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Targeting Officer to support critical intelligence operations for a key government client. This role is pivotal in identifying and assessing vulnerabilities, guiding intelligence collection, and directly impacting mission success. You will leverage your expertise in all-source intelligence research, analysis, and operational concept development to provide unique insights and actionable intelligence to senior leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to national security objectives within a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing all-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing.
- Developing operational concepts for targeting and collection efforts.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of customer leadership, preparing and presenting reports.
- Thinking critically and communicating highly complex information accurately and clearly in a collaborative team setting.
- Evaluating, analyzing, and exploiting a variety of data sets to provide unique insights related to targeting and collection operations.
- Drafting and reporting findings to guide intelligence operations.
- Identifying and assessing vulnerabilities and trends to enable new collection operations.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Experience performing all-source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and preparing/presenting reports to all levels of customer leadership.
- Ability to evaluate, analyze, and exploit a variety of data sets.
- Experience with Intel analysis and operations, as well as field support.
- Experience with the exploitation of various all-source databases and customer-specific tools.
- Strong analytic and research skills.
- Aptitude for scientific/technical topics.
- Experience supporting and providing customer-specific briefings and reporting.
- Experience with field traffic communications.
- TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Desired Experience
- CI/HUMINT experience.
- Experience supporting hard target activities.
- Foreign field working experience.
