OVERVIEW:
Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to join the Human Resources team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Generalist is responsible for providing HR support to the Marc Jacobs corporate population. This position will be a partner and driver for the People Lifecyle including Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Performance Management & Development, HR Reporting and Administration. The ideal candidate will understand Marc Jacobs’ business, be proactive and support managers and employees throughout all lifecycle events (including temporary employees and consultants).

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000-$80,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
