We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who will own the Streamlit Developer Experience. Your goal would be to build things Streamlit developers absolutely love. In fact, we try to go further: we like to look for all the things that make building a data app hard, and not only solve those, but turn them into magical moments.
AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
- Dream up and launch entirely new Streamlit features
- Drive Streamlit’s long-term strategy and roadmap with our other PMs
- Work on an ever-more-critical part of Snowflake, which is used as the foundation for multiple high-profile Snowflake features
- Collaborate daily with other PMs, engineers, and designers
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes, and prototypes
- Work in a highly collaborative fashion with engineering, design, documentation, marketing, customer support, sales, UXR, and more
- Work closely with marketing on key aspects of go-to-market planning including pricing, packaging, positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement
- Present in live events, participate in videos, and write blog posts
- Meet frequently with leadership to present product vision
- Work with other Snowflake teams to make Streamlit an ever-more-useful platform for them
- Talk to Streamlit users in the Streamlit forum, on Github, and social media
- Conduct user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability studies, translating research insights into product ideas and solutions.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Experience delivering high quality user experiences
- Experience with data science, machine learning, or numerical analysis in Python
- Experience with software engineering
- Experience advocating and get others excited for new ideas
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Experience handling uncertainty, complexity, and rapid change
- Experience driving group discussions, navigating complex requirements and feedback cycles, coming up with solutions and building support for them
- Experience work with different functions (be it Engineering, Marketing, Legal, etc) and making difficult product decisions.
