Where you come in

As a Partnership Manager at flowkey, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing and strategically expanding our B2B partnerships in the piano and music space, in order to drive company growth and success. As their first point of contact, you take ownership for ongoing communication and support in various requests. You help our partners to implement campaigns and maximize their performance by monitoring them closely and reacting quickly to performance changes. By establishing regular calls and training sessions with our partners, you play a crucial role in forming successful long-term relationships.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who loves building strong relationships and has a deep passion for music –preferably the piano. Since this role requires extensive communication with a range of people and personalities, excellent communication skills are as important as your empathy. You should enjoy meeting new people and build connections that are based on trust.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Expertise in B2B Collaboration: You bring at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or business development, showcasing a passion for building impactful relationships.
• Deep Understanding of the Music Industry: You possess in-depth knowledge of the music sector and its market trends, backed by prior experience working full-time in marketing within a music-related company.
• Strong Academic Background: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or business communication from a recognized university.
• Experienced Negotiator: In your previous role, you have successfully negotiated and finalized agreements such as influencer marketing contracts, brand partnerships, or service-level agreements with agencies on a regular basis.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You excel at tackling complex challenges, with proficiency in spreadsheets and database visualization tools to derive insights.
• Interpersonal Strengths: You are outgoing, comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts, and skilled at building rapport quickly.
• Bilingual Excellence: You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Collaborative Mindset: You actively seek win-win opportunities and enjoy crafting creative solutions that deliver mutual value for partners.
• Passion for Music: Your enthusiasm for musical instruments, particularly the piano, fuels your connection to the industry.
