Invoice Reconciliation Administrator
Location: Aylesbury Office (HP19 8DB)
Hybrid Role – after training, working remote approx. 2 days a week and office based for the remainder.

The role of Invoice Reconciliation Administrator is an administrative/support role and responsible for matching 3rd party supplier invoices to purchase orders and work documentation raised to ensure correct and accurate charging. If there is then a mismatch of information, the owner of the task will be required to challenge the position and seek a resolution.
The position has no planning horizons, however will work on day to day activities/ad-hoc projects that could have a time span of 0 to 3 months.
It is key that the role holder can multitask live situations that require immediate attention and deliver first class Customer Service.
