JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is designed to assist the team with the implementation of the Tailored Shareholder Report ( "TSR "). Ideally, we would like someone who has experience reviewing mutual fund financial statements, preferably with at least 3 years of experience doing so. The person should be detail oriented, a good communicator and someone who has experience working with stringent deadlines. We expect the person to "hit the ground running, but will be providing some instruction/training, as needed, more so for internal processes/workflow versus subject matter. This is supporting the SSGA business and Global Funds Management (GFM) within SSGA, specifically for assistance with the implementation of the TSR and also to the extent necessary assist with significant reporting cycle of annuals/semi-annuals/quarterlies for our registered '40 Act funds (mutual funds/ETFs). e

The role will be performed in a Boston office, preferably at the Channel Center Building ("CCB ") and subject to current requirements of 4 days/week in the office.

Must-haves:40 Act experience, financial/regulatory reporting, strong communication skills

Nice to have:PMO experience, regulatory implementation experience, Tailored Shareholder Report ("TSR) awareness

Hours (40 hour work week; 9am-5pm Eastern)
