The role focuses on leading the integration and implementation of Mambu's core banking platform, particularly for Savings products. The candidate should have strong expertise in Mambu's architecture, APIs, and financial services product engineering, as well as leadership experience in technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Integration Projects: Oversee the integration of Mambu’s platform into systems, with an emphasis on Savings products.
- Architect Solutions: Design scalable, secure integration solutions aligned with business and regulatory goals.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and ensure adherence to best practices in development.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Compliance) to ensure successful Mambu solution deployment.
- Customization: Develop custom components, extensions, and APIs for Mambu's Savings products.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve integration issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing and code reviews.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture and processes.
- Stay Updated: Keep current with Mambu's updates and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years in software engineering.
- At least 3 years working with Mambu, especially focusing on Savings products.
- Proven leadership experience in delivering integration projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages like .Net, Python, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with Mambu APIs and core banking modules.
- Strong understanding of banking products, especially Savings.
- Ability to lead technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other core banking platforms.
- Certification in Mambu or other financial tech platforms.
