This role ensures smooth system operations, supports finance users, and drives system enhancements to align with business needs.</p><p><strong>What Do We Offer?</strong></p><ul><li>Currently in a significant growth phase, the role presents a fantastic opportunity to gain experience of system transformation and impact first hand across a portfolio of organisations in professional services</li><li>Hybrid working arrangements – with a Hammersmith (London) workbase</li><li>Great salary, benefits and discretionary bonus</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul></ul><ul> <li><strong>System Maintenance:</strong> Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and system integrity checks. </li> <li><strong>Configuration &amp; Customization:</strong> Configure Certinia to meet financial process needs and implement workflow automations.</li> <li><strong>User Support:</strong> Setting up user roles and permissions, provide support and training to finance users; manage system security. </li> <li><strong>Data Management &amp; Reporting:</strong> Ensure data accuracy, develop reports, and create dashboards for financial analysis.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Collaborate with finance and IT to enhance system functionality and automate processes.</li> <li><strong>Compliance &amp; Security:</strong> Maintain data security and support compliance with internal policies and regulations.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For!</strong></p><p><strong>Communication skills: </strong>Ability to interact and collaborate with finance stakeholders, gather requirements and providing training and guides</p><p><strong>System improvement experience:</strong> Demonstrable track record of finance or ERP systems improvement and implementation</p><p><strong>ERP and Financial Management: </strong>Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting</p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> </p><ul><li>Salesforce Platform knowledge and having 2+ years Certinia (other systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, Dynamics, Xero) experience is desirable </li><li>Proficiency in Apex is essential and Salesforce Lightning knowledge will be beneficial for customisation</li><li>Intermediate to Advance Excel and Power BI will be beneficial</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>Why Join the 4C Group?</strong></p><ul></ul><p>By joining our team, you will work in an environment that values collaboration and innovation.
