What you'll be doing
• Working within an agile squad on Nano's products
• Wearing the hat of Tech Lead within your squad
• Leading solution design within your agile squad
• Collaborating closely with the squads Product Owner, QA, BA and Engineers
• Maintaining and building upon our code base according to Nano's engineering standards and practices
• Contributing to solution design for future features
• Providing mentorship to more junior team members
What you should have
• A track record of working within collaborative, cross functional teams
• Experience in building highly scalable APIs with Python
• Experience in working with Django is a bonus
• Proven experience in designing and building maintainable applications and scalable application architectures
• 8+ years in a software engineering role with preferred university degree in IT or equivalent
• Experience working within a product focused organisation
