Prenetics is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement to join our People and Culture team. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and developing and implementing and executing employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for various positions within the company.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on selection processes.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design, develop, and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with company values and goals.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee concerns and enhance overall workplace culture.
  • Responsible for office inventory, daily office operations administrative work


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of up-to-date AI tools is a MUST
  • With "can-do" attitude is a MUST
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for improving employee experiences and company culture.
