About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to advertisers, ensuring their success through exceptional customer support and tailored campaign advice. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers, ensuring their needs and challenges are addressed promptly.
- Manage and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns, offering expert insights to optimize results.
- Simplify complex advertising concepts, making them accessible to first-time or non-technical advertisers.
- Identify and resolve campaign issues efficiently while providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing support role within a BPO or client services setting.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Previous sales-related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on achieving advertiser objectives and delivering excellent service.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
