SAP S/4 MM/WM

• 10- 15 yrs. of experience in SAP ECC MM with S4 Sourcing and Procurement experience and SAP Warehouse management, SAP ECC Implementation, roll outs, Supports etc.

• Primary Skill on S4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement- Materials Management.
• Sound understanding of SAP MM business processes, Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement, MRP, inventory management, release strategy, output management, Account determination, Physical inventory, batch management, Stock Transport Orders, Subcontracting Process, Inbound delivery, Outbound delivery, Advance shipping Notification, Putaway strategy, Picking Strategy, Warehouse Transfers.
• Sound understanding of master data (MDG) and role it plays in business processes and data flow to different systems.
• Strong Cross Functional integration with FI/SD/WM/LE.
• Ability to understand and advice on integrations between S/4 HANA and other systems.
• Analysing Business user requirements in SAP Materials Management (S4 Sourcing and Procurement) and Warehouse management and Conversion of business requirements into functional specifications including custom reports, forms and program enhancement specifying logics for calling /getting programs, fetching data from SAP database tables and gets Sign Off from stakeholders.
• Analysing the business requirements in SAP S4 Procurement and WM by conducting meetings with All Stake holders and strategize the impact of requirements on different SAP Material Management and warehouse management components.
• Preparing development specification for new business requirement.
• Prepare Requirements/high level Design documents/blueprint, Solution design document (SDD), User Job aid document, Software requirements Specification documents by collaborating with business units for medium/large scale for applications related to SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management, SAP S4HANA Procurement.
• Prepare High Level Design Documentation to map the SAP S4 Procurement and SAP Warehouse Management business Process into SAP functionality.
• Prepares flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of SAP S4 Procurement and SAP Warehouse Management process steps and program must follow to describe logical functional business process and Validations involved.
• Preparing configuration specification.
• Perform data interface design, data migration and reconciliation of SAP S4HANA for Procurement.
• Identifying enhancement objects and Build Functional logic for User Exit, BAPI and BADI to meet new business requirement.
• Understand current SAP S4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement cross functional integration in Production Landscape and determine the impact of new implementation on existing business processes.
• Ability to research solutions for complex requirements in S4 HANA by being able to configure and setup Proof of concepts.
• Analyse existing business process related to SAP Material Management (S4 Procurement) business functions and help improve existing functions within application like SAP cross functional and Interface linked to SAP.
• Determine the release effort at high level and support the project Release including creation of Deployment document for SAP Team.
• Based on the new or updated business requirements, design and implement the Rules for Processing Workflows using latest SAP Workflow Functionalities to provide long-term supportability and sustainability in routing the SAP Procurement business Transactions Approvals.
• Experience working on standard and custom enhancements with knowledge of RICEFW component.
• Hands on Experience in Service Now Tool to Track Incident and Change Tickets.
• Hands on Experience in Job Monitoring tools.
• Coordinating with offshore on day to day activities and update Customer with ongoing issues and provides resolution.
• Service Oriented, collaborative approach to internal customers and Peer relationship.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
