Maintenance Porter Position in Houston M-F 9am - 6pm

PARKING FACILITY MAINTENANCE  PORTER -  Galleria Park 

 SHIFT  Monday-Friday  9am - 6pm

 Full Time Position

$12 - $14 PER HOUR based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties: This is a maintenance position   

  Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc.)

• Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
• Courteous and friendly
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to drive a golf cart
  
  

Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:

• Driver's License required
• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred
• High School education or equivalent
  
  
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
