Greetings.,Looking for Help Desk – Training Manager to oversee and provide help desk support to augment the DTRA DAI (Defense Threat Reduction Agency / Defense Agencies Initiatives) Subject Matter Experts (SME) during testing and operations of DAI. This support includes issue identification, troubleshooting, event escalation, and closure of the problem resolution process in support of DAI.
Role: DAI Help Desk/Training Manager
Duration: Multi-year
Location: Ft. Belvoir VA (Initally Remote, later 2days onsite)
Must Haves:
• Knowledge of multiple Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Oracle modules, specifically P2P, OTL and UMX
• 4+ years of Oracle DAI experience
• Active Secret clearance
