Location: Remote (West Coast preferred)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Benefits

Typical Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM
Travel: 4-6 national trips per year, 6-12 trips to the warehouse to inspect delivered fixture

Global Sourcing Project Manager (Exp Importing Interior fixtures req) Description
Our client, a national supplier of millwork and acrylic products for major Retailers and Commercial spaces, is seeking a [REMOTE] Global Sourcing Project Manager to lead the sourcing and importation of interior fixtures from China and other Asian markets for retail and commercial interior buildouts. In this role, you will work closely with overseas manufacturing partners to ensure product specs are met, manage timelines, and oversee the import process from production to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution of high-value retail and commercial fixture projects. Additionally, you will collaborate on prototype development, working closely with partners to create, produce, and deliver to clients. To be successful, you must have experience sourcing fixtures and working with overseas manufacturers, and a willingness to work a few hours on China’s time for meetings and coordination is essential. Global Sourcing Project Manager (Exp Importing Interior fixtures req) Responsibilities
• Source and manage relationships with suppliers in China and other Asian markets
• Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing agreements for bids
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to meet project specifications
• Work closely with manufacturing partners to develop and deliver client prototypes
• Coordinate product specifications, samples, and prototypes with partners
• Manage project timelines, ensuring shipping deadlines and delivery requirements are met
• Perform due diligence on overseas partner production progress by requesting videos and photos
• Hold overseas manufacturing partners accountable while maintaining strong relationships
• Oversee product quality control and monthly product inspections at the company warehouse
• Communicate with installers and oversee on-site delivery to customers
• Conduct meetings with manufacturing partners during China’s working hours
Global Sourcing Project Manager (Exp Importing Interior fixtures req) Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management experience required
• 4+ years of experience importing retail and commercial interior fixtures required
• Strong MS Excel proficiency required
• Flexibility to work on China’s schedule for partner meetings required
• Willingness/ability to travel 6-12 times per year is required
