Woven City is a test course for mobility to work towards our dream of creating well-being for all. Starting from Susono by Mt. Fuji, we will conduct trials of new ideas for systems and services that expand mobility and unlock human potential. Here we will build the future fabric of life. And Woven Inventor garage supports inventors to build the future fabric of life.

We are a product team in the huge team which is Inventor Lab, Woven Inventor Garage. We have a responsibility for the multiple user facing products.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Product Manager who excels in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You are someone who is motivated by a vision to create new value that doesn't yet exist in the world and can work proactively in the face of uncertainty to bring this vision closer to reality with enough knowledge around the Data and AI domain. You will report to the sub function manager, and this is a hybrid work style role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across all functions.
- Organize and refine product specifications, manage project tickets, and create detailed roadmaps to guide development.
- Use technical expertise to drive discussions and manage complex cross-functional development initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate complex inter-team dependencies to ensure cohesive project progress and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement by reviewing processes and incorporating feedback.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles in the Data or AI domain.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business units.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
- Excellent product management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in business level English
NICE TO HAVES:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Proficiency in business level Japanese
