About the Role
This role will mainly work on interfacing with third-party platforms for our cash loan cooperative businesses. This role will be in charge of executing daily operational strategies to meet GMV and other business targets. This involves communicating effectively with other teams and partners to ensure alignment and contribute towards achieving the company's strategic goals. Candidates must be strategic thinkers with a strong understanding of market dynamics and have a dedication to growth and success.
What you will do
- Develop comprehensive strategies and roadmaps to achieve growth objectives through a combination of initiatives.
- Assume ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) driving revenue and profitability for cash loan business.
- Identify growth opportunities within the cash loan business by analyzing business data, transactional data, customer activity within platforms, and leveraging customer insights.
- Lead the prioritization process, strategizing, and focusing on solutions aimed at addressing user needs and enhancing user experience.
- Validate business strategies and hypotheses through rigorous experimentation and statistical methodologies.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with external stakeholders.
What you will need
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to successfully work with team members and external partners.
- At least 6 years of experience with strong strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement effective GTM strategies.
- Ability to drive successful business cooperation with third-party platforms.
- Ability to meet or exceed GMV targets through managing daily operations effectively.
- Highly motivated and committed to the growth and success of the company.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Great organizational skills to balance multiple tasks and projects at once.
