The Work You'll Do:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong aptitude in relational database concepts and experience with common data visualization practices. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis and visualization techniques.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business operations and decision-making.
• Design and implement data models and queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets from disparate systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insightful, data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across various data sources.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data management, or other analytical roles; preferably with experience in software industry
• Proven experience working with relational databases and BI Tools (Tableau, Quicksight, or related).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
