Join our EU Operational Risk and Internal Controls Team:

The Operational Risk and Internal Controls Team is perfect for those excited by the potential to work with different products and teams and have a desire and hunger to constantly improve and innovate in the risk assessment and control environment. We are passionate about our business and enabling its growth in a compliance manner that reduces risk.

What you'll do:

  • Operational Risk and Internal Controls Management: Assist in tasks related to Risk and Controls assessment, including mapping risks and controls, testing, registering, and maintaining the registers updated in the system, and monitoring the remediation plans up to their implementation
  • Policies and Procedures Management: Support in keeping the policies and procedures updated. Ensure they are approved, if needed, and available to the stakeholders
  • Incident Management Support: Support managing incident data, including coordinating response efforts, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to post-incident analysis
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the risk management function and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing operational risk management and internal control processes based on insights from day-to-day activities

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Audit, or related fields
  • A proactive approach to teamwork, taking initiative, and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility
  • The ability to identify, escalate, and communicate problems to management in an effective and professional manner
  • Strong analytical skills

Salary range: 38.000 - 45.000€ brutto/year plus Virtual Options plan
