Senior Associate

Requirements

We rely on our Senior Associates to run cases on a day-to-day basis. The firm looks to Senior Associates for their insights, knowledge of procedure, an ability to develop a case strategy, as well as their existing knowledge applicable to procedural rules of law. Senior Associates are given wider management and case strategy responsibilities and act as a key asset in the firm’s expansion plans. Our Senior Associates are ambitious and hardworking lawyers who enjoy working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team and share our passion for achieving justice for those we represent. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage class action projects from initiation to completion under the supervision and guidance of partners, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 
• Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. 
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. 
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

 About You 

• Minimum of 7 years PQE in a similar role within the legal industry. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex class action projects. 
• Experience in plaintiff law is highly desirable. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
