POSITION OVERVIEW 

 

Acquis Consulting Group seeks an accomplished content marketing manager to lead thought leadership that propels the Acquis brand while generating inbound leads. This highly visible role reports to our head of marketing and works closely with senior leaders throughout the firm.

 

While New York City is preferred, we are open to remote for the right candidate. 

 

 

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

·       Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to develop an editorial calendar that increases Acquis’ brand visibility and pipeline

·       Develop, plan and execute a robust content strategy that includes short- and long-form written thought leadership, educational content, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, videos and more

·       Partner closely with marketing leadership on multi-channel, multi-format distribution across earned, owned and paid media

·       Build an engaged social media community while enhancing Acquis’ online presence

·       Ensure that the content aligns with customer needs and supports our positioning as an innovative and trusted industry leader

 

 

 

SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE 

 

A successful Content Marketing Manager at Acquis has:

 

·       A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communications

·       Between five (5) and seven (7) years of content marketing experience with at least two years in B2B

o   Experience in a multiproduct B2B environment with differing sales cycles is advantageous

·       A penchant to think like an editor but produce like a journalist

·       A natural ability to distil complex topics into understandable, consumable, and engaging content

·       Strong knowledge of a content marketing tech stack, including CMS management, marketing automation, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Search, GenAI and more

·       Thorough understanding of SEO and the technical capability to dive into keyword analysis and create a robust content program to accelerate performance

·       Cultural sensitivity and predilection to adjust style to build strong internal and external relationships

SALARY: 

Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including individual skill set, experience, location, and qualifications. For positions located in New York City only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110k-$130k. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus or performance-based incentives.
