About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Hacker to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and grow the SMB community on X (formerly Twitter), specifically targeting accounts involved in business acquisitions. The ultimate goal is to generate leads for our QoE services.

This is a Part-Time Remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Centurica’s follower base within the SMB community on X.
• Engage with targeted accounts discussing business acquisitions to generate interest and leads.
• Create and curate relevant content to foster community engagement and discussions around SMB acquisitions.
• Monitor and analyze growth metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
• Identify key influencers and potential partners within the SMB community to amplify Centurica’s presence.
• Stay updated on trends and conversations within the SMB and acquisition communities on X.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growing and managing targeted accounts on X.
• Deep understanding of the SMB community and business acquisition landscape.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to identify and engage with key discussions and influencers within the community.
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
• Experience in lead generation and digital marketing is a plus.
