Job Description:
- The Company Vehicle Inventory Management Coordinator will be responsible for providing superior customer service by initiating, responding to, and acting on email/phone inquiries from auctions, dealers and other departments regarding vehicle ordering, activations, deactivations, and logistics.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Coordinate and communicate with all company departments, dealers, and auction houses for problem resolution.
- Responsible for all aspects of inventory management including processing all required transactions in our Company Vehicle systems.
- Manage inventory reports on a daily/monthly basis.
Requirements:- 1+ years customer service experience in a high volume call center.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal.
- Capable of interacting with all levels of employees effectively
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Creating Pivot Tables will be critical in this role.
- Required to maintain confidentiality and only access when job functions require it.
Education:- Bachelor's of Science degree
