<title>About the role</title>

The Talent Acquisition Technology Specialist plays a key role in testing, implementing, and enhancing our Talent Acquisition Technology at Bolt. Talent Acquisition Technology and it’s related processes solutions are an integral part of supporting Bolt to achieve it’s hiring plans.
We are looking for someone with relevant system administration experience in the Talent Acquisition space to join our team in a hybrid role (2 days per week onsite in the office)

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>You will play a key role in delivering the long-term strategy for the Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement team.</point>
- <point>You will work as part of a small team that supports a large global recruiting org that spans across multiple hiring domains.</point>
- <point>You will drive initiatives that will ensure efficient tool usage, high data integrity and support in creating and tracking relevant Talent Acquisition reports and analytics as required.</point>
- <point>You will partner cross functionally to help optimize our cutting-edge Applicant Tracking System, Customer Relationship Management tool, and 3rd party tools to drive more value for the business, implementing best practice standards across the Talent Acquisition function.</point>
- <point>You will work with Talent Acquisition stakeholders and key cross functional partners to propose and drive system and process improvements that align with evolving business needs, deliver results, and enable us to grow and scale.</point>
- <point>You will also collaborate with other functions, such as People Analytics, People Technology, and others to ensure the Talent Acquisition function is set up for success.</point>
- <point>You will own and delivery projects within the global recruitment initiatives roadmap and identify areas for further improvement.</point>
- <point>You will follow a formal project tracking process to measure and manage the progress of the core initiatives. Preparing project related written communications (such as business recommendations) with managerial input.</point>
- <point>You will measure the impact of key project activities on the overall TA results and company success.</point>
- <point>Being an internal owner and expert on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other Talent Acquisition tools.</point>
- <point>Supporting & executing Talent Acquisition reporting & analytics as required.</point>

- <point>You have strong analytical and systems skills, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management systems, career websites, and/or other TA Technology experience.</point>
- <point>You have strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously to achieve best practices and operational excellence.</point>
- <point>Proven proactivity, ownership, and autonomy in workload management and prioritization.</point>
- <point>You can communicate fluently in English, and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.</point>
- <point>You are able to define technology challenges vs. process challenges, and efficiently come up with successful solutions while meeting (or preferably exceeding) stakeholder needs and expectations.</point>
- <point>You exhibit a strong, highly collaborative working style, have a hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and drive projects to achieve best practices and operational excellence.</point>
