You will:

  • Develop and launch influencer marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, with a primary focus on the US market.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strong partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate impactful and engaging integrations.
  • Proactively search for influencers and commission creative content for acquisition campaigns across our networks.
  • Plan and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment for influencer integrations.
  • Track and analyze campaign data to refine strategy, maximize impact, and enhance influencer content value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market analysis to drive innovation.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of freelancers.

From you:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with international influencers.
  • Deep understanding of all influencer marketing stages, including strategic planning, influencer profiling, key metric analysis, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • A strong portfolio of successful influencer marketing projects.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Modash, Influencer Marketing AI, Lemlist, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience working with the US market.
  • Familiarity with niches such as Dating and LGBTQ+.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques, including automated email outreach.
