You will:
- Develop and launch influencer marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, with a primary focus on the US market.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strong partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate impactful and engaging integrations.
- Proactively search for influencers and commission creative content for acquisition campaigns across our networks.
- Plan and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment for influencer integrations.
- Track and analyze campaign data to refine strategy, maximize impact, and enhance influencer content value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market analysis to drive innovation.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of freelancers.
From you:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to collaborate with international influencers.
- Deep understanding of all influencer marketing stages, including strategic planning, influencer profiling, key metric analysis, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- A strong portfolio of successful influencer marketing projects.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with tools like Jira, Modash, Influencer Marketing AI, Lemlist, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Previous experience working with the US market.
- Familiarity with niches such as Dating and LGBTQ+.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques, including automated email outreach.
