As the Head of Procurement Change & Centre of Excellence (COE) you will support the Procurement Director in creating the functional vision, strategy, and operational plan, maximizing contribution to Bolt’s Growth Strategy and best-in-class procurement performance. You will be accountable for driving change management processes and ensuring that all implemented processes and programs adhere to and comply with external regulations and internal Bolt procedures.
You will be a key member of the Procurement Leadership Team (PLT), reporting directly to the Procurement Director.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Improve the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of Source-to-Pay processes, Global Procurement Programs, and Corporate Programs, including ESG and Working Capital, and design the necessary policies and procedures to standardize ways of working across all regions and categories.</point>
- <point>Develop and lead the implementation of procurement digital strategy to support the lean operating model, ensure profitability and return on investment, enable users, improve internal customer experience, and foster collaboration.</point>
- <point>Drive compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Oversees that procurement processes and standards are in compliance with other internal and external processes. Resolves any compliance issues in a timely manner.</point>
- <point>Lead the development and maintenance of procurement analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making in procurement.</point>
- <point>Lead and mentor a diverse team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support. Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and facilitate professional growth. Promote collaboration and teamwork to achieve departmental and organizational goals.</point>
- <point>Establish and maintain business partnership relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of needs and strategies, which will generate maximum business value from commercial strategies and influence the improvement of internal practices, including the challenge of demand and specifications.</point>

- <point>You are experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous high-visibility projects globally.</point>
