We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Producer to oversee the game development process and manage the production team at Kokku Games. As a Lead Producer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of game projects, meeting quality standards, and driving excellence in production.

As a Lead Producer, your responsibilities will include:

- Strategically schedule and oversee production milestones, coordinating with all development stakeholders.
- Lead client interactions to align expectations and approval processes, ensuring project success.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of game assets and streamline workflows across departments for efficiency.
- Monitor project metrics, providing regular updates on team performance and milestones.
- Foster a collaborative environment, organizing key meetings and feedback loops to support team development.
- Leverage industry insights to set informed goals and navigate competitive landscapes.
- Uphold product excellence, partnering with directors to maintain quality across all game aspects.
