Pay ranges from $104,000-$120,000. This position is PPV with open room for negotiation!
Requirements
- Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Licensed to practice as Occupational Therapist within the state
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
Duties
- As a home health occupational therapist, your job is to provide healthcare for a patient at their home or in another place of residence.
- In this role, you may monitor their daily activities, help them with routine living tasks, provide each client with occupational therapy (OT), and support the development of a plan for restoring function to damaged body parts when it's possible to do so.
- Home health occupational therapists frequently administer diagnostic tests, confer with other caregivers, create reports on patient progress, help patients with community reintegration, and participate in discharge planning.
