About The Role
Seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to spearhead our expansion into the Chinese market, focusing on engaging companies with hiring needs in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding Chinese companies to our job portals, facilitating their access to the Vietnamese talent pool.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage Chinese companies planning to hire in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide market insights and feedback to enhance service offerings.

- A demonstrated 'zero-to-one' mindset and resourcefulness, critical for navigating and establishing footholds in new markets.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the HR tech or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese business environment and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English, or Mandarin and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex business situations.
