Play the key role in overlapping the two worlds on design and engineering.
Converting UI designs into working responsive HTML layouts.
Coding CSS based websites that are W3C compliant.
Creating animations in HTML5/CSS3 with JavaScript.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Implementing complex jQuery functionalities.
Working on cross browser compatibility for developed code.
Optimizing the application/website for maximum speed, scalability and SEO.

Essential Requirements:

Experience in Internet facing web applications.
Proficient working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
Experience in modern JavaScript such as ES6, Promises, Testing, Closures etc.
Deeper understanding of Chrome Dev Tools. Should understand nuances of the timeline for perf monitoring.
Deeper knowledge of UI optimizations and performance.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, AA standard)
Deeper understanding of network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage.
Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
Experience with runners/bundlers such as Gulp, Grunt, Webpack.
Experience with browser testing and debugging. Understanding of all major browsers and the special considerations required for their various quirks.
Knowledge of Jasmine / Karma unit test frameworks
Passion for user experience and user-centric development.
Knowledge about UX and layout design etc.
Self-starter and passionate learner. Perform effective self-testing and ensure the application meets all relevant standards.

Desirable Requirements:

Knowledge of .Net and cloud-based application nice to have.

Knowledge in frameworks such as React , AngularJS etc and good understanding of the basics of these frameworks and their life cycles nice.
