If you have IT Support experience, especially within a fast paced environment, then you’re in the right place! If you’re proficient in using Macintosh and Windows, have experience with a variety of software and plenty of knowledge on how to trouble shoot - then we’d love to connect with you.

What you’ll be doing, in a nutshell:

  • Organise and delegate team tasks, take prime responsibility for the IT support desk in London
  • Responding to user queries via Slack, mail or in person in our London office (for both our international and domestic teams)
  • Using our Jira ticketing system to log and respond to user requests.
  • Training staff on various IT activities, software and processes.
  • Building new Mac and Windows machines for deployment to end users using JumpCloud, GSuite and our standard tools we’ll have lots of new starters this year!
  • Installing and configuring a wide variety of software.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving IT hardware and software issues
  • Identifying network and security problems and escalating as needed
  • Writing, editing and revising departmental documentation such as technical guides, user facing guides and onboarding guides.
  • Managing systems to update control and audit IT hardware and software, such as Sophos Intercept X or ManageEngine
  • Testing of new systems, OS’s, hardware and processes.
  • Managing and configuring our in house AV gear for talks and conferences .
