Summary
As a Survey Technician (Survey Tech II), you will execute your role in the site survey department with minimal oversight and the ability to operate independently of immediate supervision from a Sr. Site Survey Technician (Survey Tech III) or site survey management.
Essential Job Functions
Expertise
- Knowledge of field survey and upload process
- Proficiency with use of ladders, heights, and hand tools
- Safety Awareness and conformity
- Drone flight Imagery
Documentation
- Gathering details of the project including roof, electrical, structural, and general scope of the home.
- Noting existing conditions that may require additional scope of work.
- Notating customer concern or inquiry for follow up.
- Notating existing safety hazards.
- Processing drone flight imagery.
Communication
- Professional communication internally with survey leadership and cross departmentally with welcome call representatives and leadership
- Professional communication with customers
General
- Review schedule regularly to ensure timeliness.
- Maintain account files in Salesforce.
- Always demonstrate ethics and professionalism.
- Open to work a weekend day as needed depending on the needs of the business.
- Ensure Quality of survey deliverables prior to submission.

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with roofing, electrical or general construction
- Working knowledge of residential electrical and roofing standards
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local building codes is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software preferred.
- Part-107 Pilot license
