GenZ Marketing Manager (FWD):
As a GenZ Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote FWD (Myntra’s GenZ Proposition), drive FWD awareness, and contribute to overall FWD business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee marketing campaigns, execute community building offline events and ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Marketing Strategy:
- Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consideration & new user acquisition
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify relevant opportunities for growth
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and consistent messaging and visuals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with category team, pricing team & central marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives, R&F, social media and influencer marketing
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and leverage new opportunities for brand exposure.
- Content Development:
- Create and oversee the development of marketing collaterals, content, and promotional materials. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Campus, Community Engagement & Events:
- Execute offline events to build engaged communities of brand fans, shoppers and creators
- Plan and Execute strategies for growth for the campus & student program for Myntra
- End to end management of on- app sale events & campaigns from a marketing perspective
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and media spends
- Track expenses, analyze variances, and adjust strategies to meet budgetary goals.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor reportees, provide guidance, support, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 6+ experience in brand management or related marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
