The Position
We are seeking an intermediate-level Landscape Architect/Designer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively convey design concepts to clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for preparing design presentations, site analyses, project diagrams, and cost estimates while coordinating with consultants and subconsultants. A commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work within project budgets and scopes is essential. You will manage multiple projects, independently handle tasks, and mentor junior staff while contributing to team collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite is required, with knowledge of LandFX, Revit, GIS, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3DS Max considered a plus. Enthusiasm for the profession, proactive problem-solving, and a dedication to professional growth are key qualities we value in our team members.
