We are looking for passionate Sales individual to join our Sales Department in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining client relationships with new existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required
- Promoting company's new products and service
- Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools
- Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
- English, any other language will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience working within client services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create rapport quickly and develop relationships further
- Financial market knowledge/trading experience
